Dine with us at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, on the hallowed grounds of Ford Island, Historic WWII Hangar 79. Its windows still riddled with holes from bullets fired on December 7, 1941.

Ford Island Access & Parking
This year for the first time, we are offering special parking and transportation directly onto Ford Island, Hangar 79 for all guests.
Details: 4:30 p.m., Free parking at the USS Arizona Memorial. Shuttle buses will depart every 10 minutes to ensure no waiting and easy access onto Ford Island. Shuttles will run all evening long so your departure will be as easy as your arrival. Event hosts and attendants will be at the parking site to assist you.

Be sure to use this address. A search for “Pearl Harbor” on Google Maps will take you to the active military base, not USS Arizona Memorial.
Guests with Military Identification or Base Access can drive directly onto Ford Island. Free Valet parking is available at the “Red Carpet” entrance of Hangar 79. Open parking at the Museum is also available. Signs will be posted and attendants will be present to direct parking.
Please check in at the welcome tables upon arrival. You will receive your table number, bid package and have an opportunity to swipe your credit card for fast and easy VIP checkout.
If you have not already registered your Smartphone for Mobile Bidding, you will be able to do so during the check in process.
Please Note: If you elect to swipe your credit card at check in or check out, payment will not be processed until two business days after the Auction.
Food & Beverages
Reception Hors d’oeuvres and specialty beverages will be served.
Starwood Hotels and Resorts featuring the combined culinary expertise of The Royal Hawaiian and Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, will prepare and served, an elegant 3-course dinner with surprises.

Silent & Live Auctions
Silent Auction and prize opportunities with original artwork, historic memorabilia, travel experiences and much more.
The Silent Auction online bidding will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19th, 2018 and will close at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8th, 2018. Mobile Bidding required for early bidding.
Live Auction will begin at 8:30 pm with acclaimed auctioneer Spanky Assiter, featuring unique and “not for purchase anywhere else” items and experiences.
Payment & Check Out
Payment and check out process is easier than ever! Simply swipe your credit card when you check in for an automatic payment, or stop by the welcome table to pay for your items using cash, check or credit card. Volunteers will be available to assist you with each step in the check out process.
If you purchase a large item that you cannot immediately take with you, or you simply wish to pick up your item(s) at a later time, please notify a volunteer. All auction items will be available for pickup on Monday, December 10, 2018 at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum Administration Offices. Any shipping costs will be an additional charge.
Ford Island is a Military Installation and as such requires Military Identification to enter the base.
