Chef Holly Peterson – Designer of Tonight’s Culinary Experience

After working as a chef, wine expert and educator for years in France and Germany, Chef Peterson returned home to Napa Valley where she runs her multi-faceted business, Chef Holly Peterson’s FLOURISH – Events, Edibles and Expressions, based on her philosophy of nourishment, health, enjoyment, and luxury.  From “breathtaking once-in-a-lifetime” events to intimate and stunning winery celebrations, Chef Peterson has the culinary expertise, discerning eye, creative touch, and experience to insure the most successful events.

This Gala extraordinaire will be held in the dramatic WWII Hangar 79, which withstood the attack on that historic day in 1941.  While enjoying fine dining, you will be entertained by world famous Art Explosion, fabulous music, world-class auctioneers, and accompanied by heroes and celebrities.
